2022–2025 — OFFICIAL CONGRESSIONAL PROCEEDINGS ON UNIDENTIFIED ANOMALOUS PHENOMENA
Since 2022, the U.S. Congress has held multiple public hearings on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). These hearings brought forward sworn testimony from military pilots, intelligence officials, and government witnesses. The videos below are from official public Congressional proceedings.

House Oversight subcommittee hearing on UAP transparency and whistleblower protection. Investigative journalist George Knapp presented the Hellfire missile strike video, showing a UAP that appeared to evade engagement. Witnesses provided firsthand accounts of encounters during military operations, with emphasis on the need for systematic government disclosure and protection for whistleblowers with UAP-related knowledge.
The House Oversight Committee reconvened to continue the public UAP disclosure push. Luis Elizondo testified on the state of government UAP programs and the ongoing secrecy surrounding crash retrieval research. During testimony, Elizondo made the notable statement: "We are not alone." The hearing further explored the relationship between government UAP programs, industry contractors, and the lack of Congressional oversight of classified programs.
The Senate Armed Services Subcommittee held an oversight hearing on the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) and the broader UAP phenomenon. The hearing examined AARO's findings, its methodology, and the ongoing challenges in identifying and reporting UAP encounters by military personnel. Senators questioned whether AARO had the resources and authority needed to fully investigate the phenomenon.
The landmark hearing that brought UAP disclosure to the mainstream. Former military intelligence official David Grusch testified under oath that the United States government has recovered non-human biologics from UAP crash sites and maintains a long-term, multi-decade reverse-engineering program. Navy pilots Ryan Graves and David Fravor provided eyewitness accounts of daily UAP encounters off the U.S. East Coast — including the 2004 Tic-Tac incident — describing objects with flight characteristics far beyond known technology. This hearing is widely considered the most significant Congressional testimony on UAP in history.
AARO Director Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick testified before the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee, presenting the Pentagon's official assessment of UAP encounters. The hearing covered over 650 documented cases and included analysis of videos such as the MQ-9 metallic orb footage. Kirkpatrick outlined AARO's approach to systematic data collection, sensor analysis, and inter-agency coordination while acknowledging that a significant percentage of cases remain unexplained even after rigorous scientific review.
Historic hearing — the first public Congressional hearing on UAP since 1969. Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Ronald Moultrie and Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence Scott Bray testified before the House Intelligence Subcommittee. During the proceedings, new spherical UAP video footage was shown, representing the first official visual evidence of UAP presented to Congress. The hearing focused on military safety concerns, standardization of UAP reporting, and de-stigmatization of military personnel who witness UAP.
